The x100s has a multiple exposure feature. These two are straight out of the camera with a tiny bit of levels. I think I’m gonna like this thing.

A few more from the x100s. I’m starting to get used to this little gem and I think I like it. I mean, these files don’t look so bad, do they? You tell me. What do you think?

So I bought another camera. Sold two, returned one, bought one. I’m staying true to my new year resolution. I am gearing down. I just can’t help myself sometimes. I bought a Fuji x100s. I have to admit that I hated the x100 when I first got it. It focused for shit and it was really hard to use. I don’t think I ever gave it a real chance though. I realized how slow my GR1 is when it focusses. I realized how slow I am when I focus my RZ or my Mamiya 6. I forgave the X100 but I had a little camera I liked at the time and I couldn’t justify another small camera. My Olympus PEN was pretty rockin. Then I had a moment when I thought I was rich and bought a Sony RX1. Wow. That camera was sick. It was pretty much 4k when it was all said and done though and after a couple of months I gave it back to Amazon and said thanks but no thanks. And there I was with my Olympus growing older and the 4/3 format getting old.

I bought the x100s.  

It took forever to get to me cause it was back ordered and delayed.

All I really do these days is go to acupuncture and physical therapy. I haven’t had a job since I got this camera I could bring it on. Maybe next week.

For now, I have an exploration of the Upper East Side and the NYC Subways and a bit of Greenpoint.

So far… its good. Focuses for shit in low light (shocker) but i dig the tones and I like the weirdo focus screen. You go Fuji.

I went to Machu Picchu last year. I really loved the llamas. And the clouds.  I’m going through my archive right now and I wanted to share. I’m gonna be setting up the scanner soon and scanning like a mad man. Fun times. I’ll share.
